Michael C. Ellis

Michael C. Ellis is a senior litigation counsel with extensive experience in civil jury trials. He has successfully conducted several jury trials in personal injury cases as well as judge alone trials on contract law and property liens. His primary focus is bringing justice to the most vulnerable in our society – the injured and disabled individuals and their families.

Michael has been practicing law with a focus on suing insurance companies since he was called to the Bar in 1998. Prior to being called to the Bar, since 1990, Michael worked as a clerk and student at one of the oldest and most advanced law firms in Plaintiffs’ insurance litigation (representing injured people) Levinter & Levinter. He is currently a partner at Will Davidson LLP another prominent and Canada-wide renowned personal injury law firm.

Michael has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History at the University of Ottawa (1993) and Bachelor of Law Degree at the University of Alberta (1996).

With his extensive experience and know how, Michael acts as counsel for many Plaintiffs law firms including Clarke Law.
