Mitchell joined Clarke Law Personal Injury Lawyers in March of 2017 after practicing at several prominent downtown Toronto defence and plaintiff’s litigation firms. He has been practicing in personal injury law since being admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2009. Although Mitchell began his career representing insurance companies, his practice has focused exclusively on plaintiff personal injury litigation since 2013, particularly in the context of motor vehicle negligence, slip and fall accidents, as well as with respect to occupiers’ liability. Mitchell also advises clients with respect to statutory accident benefits.

He has extensive experience representing clients at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the License Appeal Tribunal, the Ontario Small Claims Court and taken part in several trials, both jury and non-jury.

Prior to practicing law, Mitchell was awarded a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, specializing in History and Urban Geography.

Mitchell is committed to providing his clients with superior advocacy and formulating creative solutions to complex legal issues. He is also a deft negotiator, strong litigator and dedicated to achieving superior results for every client.

Away from the office, Mitchell is an avid traveler, sports enthusiast and cherishes time spent with his young family.
