Melissa Niemczyk, B.A., Accident Benefits Law Clerk
Melissa graduated from Trent University in 2009 with a Honours Degree in International Development Studies and History. Melissa has always been passionate about issues of justice, rights and freedoms and law as they affect people from all socio-economical and cultural backgrounds and all different walks of life. Melissa has a history of volunteerism, community service, and leadership including spending one year studying and volunteering in Ghana, West Africa.
Melissa went on to build a successful career as a Litigation Law Clerk with experience in developing and managing both Tort and Accident Benefits claims. She spent much of her career in the field of Insurance Defence until deciding to take her knowledge and experience to serve the needs of personal injury accident victims. Melissa joined Clarke Law in June of 2017 as an Accident Benefits Law Clerk.
Melissa is devoted and enthusiastic about helping Clarke Law clients manage the ever-changing No-Fault or Accident Benefits Insurance system in Ontario. From the initial intake to the successful resolution of our client’s Accident Benefits cases, Melissa takes pride in her ability to help guide Clarke law clients step by step by as they navigate the many stages of their Accident Benefits claims. Melissa provides assistance with filing Accident Benefits documentation, communicating with adjusters, scheduling and managing Applications and preparing for and assisting Arbitration Hearing at the License Appeal Tribunal (LAT). Melissa is hardworking, responsible, detailed oriented, approachable and devoted when it comes to working for our Clarke Law clients.
When it comes to dealing with Accident Benefits, Melissa is a great asset to our lawyers and our clients.
